Well, the day has finally come where I can showcase this, but it's taken far, far longer than I ever anticipated. About six years longer, in fact, but now I can present to you the most powerful fighting machine ever to emerge from the Moot's secret engineering works.

So, as I mentioned in my last post, I've had a slow month or so on the painting front, but I've managed to finish off a few part finished projects in the last couple of days. One of those was the second unit of Halflings from the Westfalia Kickstarter, along with a couple of characters.

So, whilst my painting mojo still hasn't returned (and I'd like to thank everyone for their suggestions on my last blog post!), I thought I'd briefly document one of my other hobby issues, namely the obsessive hoarding of obscure armies.

I've got a lot of unpainted and partially painted obscure armies sat in drawers, but possibly the most ridiculous of them all is my planned Halfling Army. I've been collecting it for a while now, so I thought I'd give you a taste of what's in the drawers and what I have planned, if I can ever get back into the groove...

Nothing much to report at the moment, so have some Halflings!

So here's something a little older that I've only just got around to photographing. Ladies and gentlefolk, I give you 'Lil Bandit', the pride of my Halfling ally contingent's Mechanised Infantry, or at least it's the current pride, until the Landship 'Admiral Battenberg' is finally launched (that's been sat on my workbench for several years now!)
